Serves: 6 persons

Ingredients:
- 2 cups milk
- 2 ts powdered cocoa
- 60 gr. raw chocolate
- 1/2 cup sugar (vary depending on the type of chocolate used: sweet or dark)
- 3 ts starch stirred in 2 ts cold milk
Recipe:
- Put the milk in a pot and add cocoa and sugar to it, and mix well.
- Put the mixture on the stove, stir well while being heated.
- Add the chocolate and my continue stirring till it melts.
- When boiling add the starch and stir well for two minutes then remove from stove.
- Pour in glasses and put it in the fridge to cool and hold together.
- Feed your children chocolate cream without preservatives.
