Serves: 10-12 cupcakes

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 ts baking powder
- 1/2 ts orange zest
- 1/2 ts vanilla
Recipe:
- Place all dry ingredients in a bowl, and mix them well.
- Start adding the liquid ingredients while whisking.
- After you've added all the ingredients keep whisking for at least 5 minutes to assure all the ingredients are well dissolved.
- Pour the batter in the cupcake molds (around 2/3 full).
- Bake at 180 °C for around 15 min and test if done.
