Ingredients:
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup fine rice
- 1 cup sugar
- Orange blossom water
- Mcetkh
Recipe:
- Mix together the milk, water, and the fine rice.
- Place the pot on the oven, on low temperature and keep stirring for 30 minutes.
- Add the sugar and stir for an additional 10 minutes.
- Add the mcetck and the orange blossom water then turn off the stove.
- Cook your Mhalbiyyé and eat your desserts without preservatives.
