Ingredients for Chicken:
- Chicken Breast
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Paprika
- basil
- sliced green pepper
- sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup corn
Ingredients for Rice:
- 1 cup Long grain rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 small diced onion
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 ts turmeric
- salt
Chicken Recipe:
- Slice the chicken breast into thin slices,
- Heat the pan and add some olive oil.
- Add the chicken breast, garlic, salt, paprika, and basil, and keep it till the color of the chicken is pink. Then flip it to cook the other side.
- Add the green pepper, mushrooms, and corn.
- When the chicken is done, add the fresh cream and let it boil for 5 minutes.
Rice Recipe:
- Wash the rice 3-4 times.
- Heat the oil, then place the onion.
- When the onion is pink, add the corn, water, then salt and turmeric and let boil for 15 minutes.
- Add the rice, and keep on low fire until it is done.
