Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups farfalle pasta
- 200g free-range chicken diced into cubes
- a knob of butter
- mushrooms
- diced green pepper
- 100 ml fresh cream
- dried basil
- dried rosemary
- 1/2 a nutmeg, grated
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Recipe:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add farfalle pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, then drain.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add salt, pepper and garlic salt.
- Add the chicken, season them with basil, rosemary, and nutmeg. Then stir 5 minutes until they are done.
- Add the mushrooms and the green pepper, and let them wilt.
- Add the fresh cream and let all the components mix together.
- Add the cheese to thicken the sauce.
- Add pasta to sauce. Use enough of the pasta so that all of the sauce is used and the pasta is thoroughly coated. Serve immediately.
