Serves: 5 persons
Total cooking time: 30 min.
Preparation time: 10 min.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup yogurt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 ts baking powder
- 1 ts vanilla
- 1/4 ts salt
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
Recipe:
- Place all dry ingredients in a bowl, and mix them well.
- Start adding the liquid ingredients while whisking (except for the strawberries).
- After you've added all the ingredients keep whisking for at least 5 minutes to assure all the ingredients are well dissolved.
- Pour half the batter in the cake mold.
- Add some of the strawberries. Then fill the remaining batter above it (keep the pan around 2/3 full).
- Add the strawberries on the top of the batter.
- Bake at 180 °C for around 15-20 min and test if done.
