Pasta Salad




Serves: 2 persons

Preparation time: 15 min.

Salad Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of boiled pasta (any shape you like)
  • sliced green pepper 
  • cherry tomatoes cut in quarters
  • 1 sliced cucumber
  • sliced lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn
  • Whatever kind of vegetables you like...


Sauce Ingredients:
  • lemon juice as desired
  • olive oil 
  • dried basil
  • dried oregano
  • dried mint
  • salt


Salad Recipe:
  1. Slice all the chosen vegetables and mix them together with the pasta.

Sauce Recipe:
  1. Whisk together all ingredients to get your delicious sauce, and pour it over your salad and give it a gentle mix.
