Total cooking time: 20 min.
Preparation time: 10 min.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- salt
- sugar
Recipe:
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Add the butter, egg, and milk, and whisk all together.
- Heat the pan.
- Pour some of the batter, wait 30 seconds, then flip it to the next side. Wait another 15 seconds then remove it.
- Repeat step #4 until you are done with the batter.
Notes:
You can eat pancakes with sweet condensed milk, jam, sweet yogurt, etc...
