Ingredients:
- 250 grs Kafta
- 2 medium potatoes
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 2 sweet green peppers
- corn oil
- tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- water
Recipe:
- Peel the potatoes, chop them into circular slices, fry them, and place them aside.
- Slice the tomatoes, peppers, and onions into circular slices and place them aside.
- Shape the Kafta into thin circular shapes, fry it, or bake it then let them cool out.
- In the baking try, put some corn oil.
- Start placing the vegetables and kafta in the order you like, as shown in the figure.
- Add water, tomato paste, and season them with salt and pepper.
- Cover it with aluminum foil and bake it in the oven at 180 °C, for 30 min.
- Remove the aluminum foil, and keep it in the oven for 10 more min to roast.
- Serve hot.
