Ingredients:
- 1/2 Kg fillet chicken breasts
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- vegetable oil
- cinnamon
- basil (fresh or dried)
- pepper
- salt
Recipe:
- Cut the chicken fillet the shape you like.
- Soak them in a bowl containing the vinegar, crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, basil, and olive oil for an hour in the fridge.
- After that, place in a plate the flour, cornflour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and paprika (if you like), and mix all the constituents together.
- In another plate whisk the eggs and keep them aside.
- Prepare the baking tray, put in it some vegetable oil, and turn on your oven at 180 °C.
- Bring the chicken fillets, for each piece do the following: put it in the flour plate until all covered, then place it in the eggs bowl, then again in the flour bowl. Then place it in the baking tray.
- After you finish all the fillet pieces, put the tray in the oven for 40 minutes.
- You can serve it with french fries, and cabbage salad.
Notes:
It is preferred to bake your crisps rather than frying them so that they won't be full of oil, to reduce the chance of having cholesterol later.
