Ingredients:
- 500 gr. broccoli
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cusp chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- salt
- nutmeg
Recipe:
- Divide the broccoli into small flowers.
- Boil them with the onion for around 20 min.
- Place the boiled broccoli and onions in a colander.
- Then, put them in a food processor to get them as a cream.
- In a pot on the stove, put the butter.
- When it melts add the flour and let it dissolve in the butter.
- Then, add the creamy broccoli and the chicken stock and salt and keep stirring.
- Grate some nutmeg over the soup.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the cold milk, then add them to the pot.
- Keep boiling for 5 min. then turn the stove off.
